Construction Technique for Completed Space
Check all necessary equipment including Glue, Cuter, Ruler, Knife, Compass, Scriber, and Edge Cutter before construction.
Before dismantling the box, make sure that the tiles to be constructed are the same lot. If it is not the same lot, check that the color and surface emboss and gloss are the same.
Check the center line by drawing the horizontal and vertical centerline of the place to be constructed according to the drawing method. Mark the starting point so that the width of the product touching all walls is constant to ensure the overall balance of the room. For diagonal construction, adjust it to 45 degrees and adjust the starting point so that the part that contacts all the walls is in constant shape.
Urethane glue and Epoxy are flammable and should not be approached during construction.
Apply the adhesive thin and evenly with the prescribed application knife (0.8X1.6X2.0mm). Apply the tile after applying it for 20 to 30 minutes. The timing of construction varies slightly depending on the type of adhesive, room temperature and humidity. The wall is constructed at a distance of 2mm.
The adhesive on the tiled surface must be removed immediately before it hardens. Clean the acrylic adhesive with a clean cloth and, if it is a urethane adhesive, with alcohol.
Construction Technique for Completed Space
Floor construction should be done at the end after all other construction works(Paint, Wall paper, varnish) have been completed.
Tile: Color, Size, Same Lot No, Sheen
Glue: Class, Maker, Requirement
Floor Patch: Class, Maker, Requirement
Tiles and adhesives should be kept at a constant temperature between 21 and 30 degrees Celsius from 28 hours prior to minimum application.
The floor should be free of condensation or dampness when checked with a RMA Moisture Tester.
The indoor air should be circulated so that a constant temperature from 21 "C to 37" C is evenly distributed from the floor to the ceiling, from the left corner to the right corner.
Construction equipment is managed by set of type. (Refer to DJ-TM-0279)
When the installation conditions do not align properly, it is necessary to make adjustments in consultation with the contracting parties. DJ-TM-0202, 0203, 0204 must be strictly adhered to.

Remove plaster, oil, various coagulation, dust and other foreign substances and clean them with a vacuum cleaner or a broom.
The weak concrete surface and oil impregnated floor do not adhere wellto the adhesive, so consult the contractor to resolve it in advance.
Wipe adhesive with soapy water and do not construct until bottom is dry.
In general, the flooring is applied at a maximum thickness of 6.4mm, dried for 24 hours, and then re-coated.
Apply a primer before applying latex mark to highly absorbent concrete.
Also apply primer to machine-built cement floors or to areas where adhesive is not well absorbed, such as ceramic or terracos. Remove any paint, varnish, wax or oil that has been painted on ceramic or terraced surfaces in advance.
Avoid direct sunlight when drying latex pitting.
Construction Technique for Completed Space
Check that the surface of the plywood floor to be constructed is level.
Select APA grade Sturd-1-Floor or higher surface sanded plywood.
* APA (America Playwood Association): A flooring certificate authority
The floor on the first floor should be installed at least 46cm above the ground to ensure good air circulation. If air is not delivered, the floor may rot or bend due to moisture.
In places where contact with bathrooms, kitchen, lounge or other water is likely, construct an APA grade plywood thickness of not less than 6.4mm.
Because the dimensions of the wood may change with varying air humidity, the strain conditions are carefully considered before the final joint connection.
The joint must be inconsistent with the bottom joint. The joint must also be closely aligned with the center of the plywood.
The panel is constructed so that the long sides of the floor beams are square. So the short side is parallel to the beam.
To prevent the absorption of adhesive, apply a thin coat of varnish to the surface of the plywood.

Check that the floor meets the construction conditions.
Remove any foreign substances from the floor and clean them.
Measure the water content with an RMA water gauge. Measure the center of the construction site and two points approximately 1.5 m from the wall. Both must not exceed 1.36 kg/93 m/24 hours.
Make sure that the adhesive is stored according to the storage temperature.
Tools use specifications. A wide knife has a large area, making the tiled surface rough.
The panels are constructed perpendicular to the sides. Therefore, short sides are parallel.

Consider this when positioning furniture or indoor facilities as this can cause serious damage.
Moving chairs and furniture use large diameter, smooth-touch rollers.
Use wide nylon wheel caster.
It uses nylon rather than rubber roller
Use flat, soft pulp-lined supports such as built-in cabinets, chairs, and desks.

You can keep tiles that are likely to be contaminated initially in a suitable way.
In particular, attention should be paid to asphalt marks, shoe polish, paint, rubber heel marks, rubber mat furniture footrests, kimchi soup, and smoking agent.

You don't walk for a day until the tiles fit properly and you don't put furniture on the floor.
Do not clean the water for 3 days and then clean it with a dry duster to remove the water from the gaps. If the adhesive is hard on the surface, wipe it lightly with a nylon sponge.
When the floor is completely clean, a small amount of wax is soaked in the floor or clean linen, and evenly applied in the direction and spacing.
* Be Careful not to step on the applied floor.
Wait until completely dry after application. The drying time depends on the product, so check in advance.
The floor is scratched and scratched by dirt or fine sand, so cleaning is done regularly.
When the liquid is spilled, wipe off the neutral detergent with a clean cloth.Wipe out grease with an alkaline detergent.
Spray cleaning of coated tiles with 3M red pad and uncoated tiles with 3M blue pad is recommended.
Tile floors coated for walk can be polished with a leather pad.
emove dust, fine sand, and other signs adhering to the floor.
Dilute a water-based cleaner with 5 to 8 times water. Wet a cloth with dilution and wipe the floor. Do not use rough pads, strong abrasive cleaner or wire brushes.
Scrape marks that do not disappear with a cleaner should be lightly rubbed off with a kitchen pan oil scrubbing pad.
When removing the coated wax, apply a suitable amount of wax remover to the floor and return it to the barf.Baffin operation must be handled by trained personnel at the appropriate RPM.
At the end of the blast, collect the water with a sponge scraper before the floor is dry and then use a vacuum cleaner to wash it.
Wipe it off with a clean mop again, dry it, and then apply wax coating about 2 to 3 times.
